Alzheimer’s & Memory Loss

Telehealth Memory Assessments being offered at ActivMed

Due to the current social distancing guidelines, ActivMed is now offering memory screens as a Telehealth service, at no cost to you. At ActivMed we have been involved in Alzheimer’s disease and other memory loss research studies for years. We have offered memory screenings as a community service, and are pleased to announce that we are able to offer this service over the phone. No Insurance required. All information is confidential, following all HIPAA guidelines.

Brief cognitive assessments can provide a snapshot of a person’s cognitive abilities, and does not provide a diagnosis. These assessments using telehealth technology can improve access to care and treatment planning.
