Terry Stubbs
CEO & President

Terry Stubbs, MA, CCRC Founder, President and CEO, Terry Stubbs has managed nearly 750 clinical trials, marketing/recruitment and has almost 25 years of healthcare management experience. She is author of the “Quick Pace Recruitment Program” and “12 Keys to Successful Weight Maintenance.” She is also an active member of DIA and ACRP. Ms. Stubbs has been a featured speaker on clinical trial recruitment and marketing at conferences across the USA. March 2016 ACRES: Terry was selected as a Team Leader for Site Personnel/Training domain for the Alliance for Clinical Research Excellence and Safety (ACRES) initiative.

Tom Stubbs
Chief Operating Officer

Tom Stubbs Tom has 40 years of management experience across engineering, product development, quality assurance and business development. He is responsible for the oversight of all operational functions.

Gary Noseworthy
Chief Business Officer

Gary L. Noseworthy Gary has over three decades of experience in business. He is responsible for strategic partnerships, applied technology in clinical trials, marketing/ recruitment and developing operational infrastructure to keep pace with demands of our rapid growth. He is a proven executive leader experienced in the healthcare/bio-science industry, government contracting, minority and special status firms, oversight and development of key strategic alliances, and M&A transactions.

Ashley Skukalek
Coordinating Site Manager

Ashley Maxwell Ashley is responsible for the clinical operations of all Phase II-IV trials of the Portsmouth, NH location. She manages all clinical trials and site personnel from the time of pre-study planning and recruitment, through successful completion. Ashley joined Activmed with background as an Emergency Medical Technician and 11 years in the medical industry. She holds her CCRC designation and several professional certificates, as well as a BS in Policy Analysis and Management from Cornell University.
